Winner! Laurence Olivier Award Best New Comedy and Barclays Theatre Award for Best New Play
Bruce Delamitri is a Hollywood Film Maker who makes Tarantino style movies.
The Press is blaming Bruce for the the recent, copy-cat murder sprees that are taking place. Producer Karla isn’t happy. Neither is his soon to be ex wife Farrah who is worried that there’ll be a backlash and people will start suing and she’ll lose her settlement.
When Wayne and Scout (two wild, teenage lovers) break into Bruce’s house and interrupt his seduction of Playboy Centrefold Brooke, on the night of his Oscar win, moral debate about taking responsibility for one’s actions soon disintegrates with catastrophic results.
Many viewpoints are shown in this intelligent play.
